Set Your Table With Flair--Tea Under a Canopy of Romance for National Tea Day

Hello, all, and welcome to my blog!  Thank you for popping in to spend a few moments.

Won't you join me for tea?   I welcome you to sit under a canopy of roses, growing over the new trellising arbor I put up recently.

Whimsical linen,

flowers clipped fresh from my garden,

and simple elements make for a relaxing teatime in the garden on this National Tea Day.

Creamy white whipstitch cups play nicely

with elegant gold-rimmed saucers, matching whipstitch plates, and gold demitasse (cocktail) flatware.

Though not from the same collection, a simple white creamer also compliments.

A checkered pot is perfect for pretty pours,

while two stands make for seamless service.

Completed setting.

More details.

Happy National Tea Day!!  Stay tuned for more goings on in the garden, including details of the new arbors I've added.

Let's get together again soon!
